I'm fighting extreme crabbiness right now.

The temperature has dropped dramatically. I'm quite warm inside my apartment but walking is no fun anymore and walking was my chief source of outside entertainment so far.

I'm suspecting Halloween will be a bust this year, which is too bad because my costume is almost finished. %*#*#$#%%! It's not like the dress came out the way it was supposed to anyway-I mean, it's good, it's just not what it was meant to be. It might not even fit, my weight's in a weird place this week.

My landlady responded and said that the problem with the internet is caused by the condo, and that they are switching to another service soon. Well, hurry up! I'm in this strange position right now where my computer is claiming I'm connected but won't let me access anything online.

I'm going back to my own place tonight, but I needed to check the internet to make sure there was nothing important I was missing. And apparently, there wasn't! Anywhere! Even a post I made four days ago requesting contact with some RL people has not been responded to.

At least my parent's house is getting the front door put back on today.

Leo's was something about shoes- I'm supposed to "find or create some shoes for Halloween that won't hurt your feet". Well, I did have an issue with finding the right shoes.

As much as I like Do Wop (and I actually do) PBS keeps rerunning their Do Wop special. Over and over and over, interspersed with Andre Rieu or however you spell it. Over and over and over.

But I don't think that if he went evil, he'd go evil like that. Unless there is something in this new Batman movie (which I do not intend to see) that makes that make sense.

Also, there is no way he survived that train wreck. You could try to play that with some of the others but unless this is a Bugs Bunny cartoon… the man got flattened like a pancake.

I thought about renaming the Ed/Lucy. Maybe, “Pour Some Sugar On Me” or heheh…something about “having your cake and eating it too”.

And add a line at the end with Peter saying “You are being nice to Lucy, aren’t you?”

Seems canon purists aren't that happy. Oh well. They never are. There is no movie you can make that will satisfy them. Personally, I prefer Narnia movies that don't insist on word for word adaptations, because sometimes I don't like stuff C.S Lewis has people saying. There are other issues involved, such as budget, and time, and resources and outside pressure. They have to make as good a movie as possible, while not alienating any of their potential demographics. So, from that perspective, I think they did a pretty good job.

But Slactivist had a different angle: It’s all about beer.
